As a Holistic Clinical Nutritionist I use scientific, evidence-based knowledge to recommend dietary changes, lifestyle strategies, nutritional supplementation and further investigations, such as pathology and functional testing to reach your individual health goals.

Your journey to better health can be a big commitment and it is important to find the right practitioner to fulfil your needs, that is why I offer a free 15 minute discovery call prior to booking an appointment, to discuss your health concerns and answer any questions you may have about the treatment process.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

(+ Includes a 30min Follow-up Review of Findings Consultation)

Prior to your initial consult a detailed health questionnaire will be completed to help me gain a better understanding of YOU and your overall health picture, allowing us to better optimise our consultation time. During the 75 minute initial consultation, a full nutritional and health assessment will be carried out then an individualised treatment plan with dietary, lifestyle, nutritional supplementation and pathology/functional testing recommendations will be emailed to you within 48hrs.

2-4 weeks after your initial consultation a 30 minute review of findings consultation (via Telehealth) will take place to assess your progress, encourage accountability and review any pathology or functional test results - adjustments to your treatment recommendations will be made as required.

*Please Note: Due to the complex nature of the interpretation process involved with any functional testing, this will incur an extra $50 fee at your review of findings consultation.

RETURN CONSULTATION

A 45 minute return consultation for existing clients only.

Depending on your individual health goals and the nature of your health concerns, a number of return appointments may be required to meet your needs where we will review your progress and make adjustments to your treatment recommendations as required.

ACUTE CONSULTATION

$45

A short 20 minute consultation (Telehealth only) for existing clients seeking support with an acute infection (eg. virus, UTI) or flare-up of symptoms associated with a known prior health condition.

Functional testing gives us a greater insight into what is happening within the body at a cellular level, and where any imbalances may lie. This allows us to identify the root cause of your symptoms and adopt a more comprehensive targeted and individualised approach to your treatment protocol, taking the necessary steps to reduce your symptoms and return your body to a state of balance.

As well as offering all clients a thorough analysis of your blood pathology results, I also offer a range of different functional testing methods, such as:
